2. Data we process
We process contact-form, registration, billing and technical security data. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored in full by Seatuno.
3. Why we use data
We use data to answer enquiries, enter into and perform contracts, provide support, protect the service and – with consent – analyse the website.
4. Service providers
Processors may include Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity where needed to provide the service.
5. Retention
Enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months. Contract and accounting records are kept for the contract term and any statutory retention period, in some cases up to 10 years.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
