B2B subscription terms for companies and business users.

1. Provider
The provider is Filip Verner, Company ID 19491581, Kladno, Czech Republic. The provider is not VAT registered.
2. Free trial
Registration continues through Stripe Checkout. The first 14 days are free, a card is required and you can cancel before the first charge.
3. Billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed each month. Annual subscriptions are billed once a year at the price of ten monthly payments.
4. Cancellation and payments
You can manage or cancel the subscription through the Customer Portal or support. A failed payment may temporarily restrict access; data is not automatically deleted.
5. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the lawful handling of guest and employee data and for protecting account access. Czech law governs these terms.
